Ralph Fiennes and Carey Mulligan Make an Extraordinary Discovery in Trailer for ‘The Dig’

The film will be available to stream on Netflix on January 29th.

Netflix has released the first trailer for the upcoming historical drama, The Dig. Based on John Preston‘s 2007 novel of the same name, the story chronicling Britain’s most famous archaeological excavation of the 20th century, looks to be an inspiring affair, with some gorgeous cinematography to boot.

Directed by Simon Stone (The Daughter), the film stars Carey Mulligan, Ralph Fiennes, Lily James, Johnny Flynn, Ben Chaplin, and Ken Scott.
